Ward Clerk - Paediatrics

We are recruiting for an Ward Clerk / Receptionist who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The post holder will be working with the fantastic team within the Children's unit

Key responsibilities are admitting, discharging and transferring patients onto Bed Management System. and ensuring patients' personal details are up to date and correctly entered onto the PAS System, Reviewing discharge letters - checking details of discharge on EPR and PAS so no discrepancies - and emailing to Multi disciplinary Teams as necessary
