Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our existing team to provide efficient admin and clerical support to the Paediatric Service, whilst primarily based at Bassetlaw District General Hospital, there will be an expectation to work across sites as and when required by management.

The working pattern at Doncaster covers various shifts Monday - Sunday up to 10pm at night whilst Bassetlaw would be Monday - Sunday up to 5pm.

You must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to work both alone and as part of a team. This posts demands a candidate who pays attention to detail, is well organised and flexible.

A good standard of education is essential with minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in both Maths and English. You must be IT Literate.

The post holder will be responsible for providing an effective and well organised administration/reception service primarily to the Children's Observation Unit. There will be an expectation to work as part of a wider team of ward clerks within Paediatrics to cover other areas within the Service as and when required. Full training on each unit will be given to the successful candidates.
