Full Job Description

The postholder will provide a high quality customer service experience to the Reception and inpatient wards.

The postholder will be the first point of contact in welcoming all patients, staff and to Hafan y Coed, and to the inpatient wards., The postholder will provide a high quality customer service experience to the Reception of Hafan y Coed AMHU and the inpatient wards. Welcoming all patients, relatives, other departments both internal and external and any other visitors. Demonstrating excellent communications skills when dealing with queries for all parties.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
