Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (OHFT) provides physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics and peoples homes. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible. We are part of the Oxford Academic Health Science Centre, working closely with our university colleagues to translate their findings into clinical care as quickly as possible, enabling people using our services to benefit from the latest advances in healthcare. To ensure the confidential nature of work is always maintained. To have a regular appraisal and a personal development plan. To attend a fire lecture once a year. To appropriately report and record accidents/incidents and comply with Health and
Safety regulations. Have flexibility to provide cover for absence and receptionist duties. Liaise with other Clinical Team members, GPs, Social Services, Voluntary Agencies, the Care Group, other Trust departments and general hospitals.
