Full Job Description

As a Ward Host Supervisor at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells, TN2 4UL, you will be responsible for overseeing all service aspects of our catering operations and will need to be an excellent leader who can motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. What you'll do:

Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Coordinate with planners to ensure all catering needs are met
Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for
Handle customer inquiries and resolve and issues raised
You will ensure that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations) are always adhered to.

Previous experience in a supervisor position
Highly professional manner and understanding that honesty and ethics are essential
Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
Computer literacy / Administration skills
A willingness to learn
