Full Job Description
The post holder will work as an integral part of the ward team. S/he will be responsible for monitoring of all non-clinical patient facilities service in the ward area and ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment to improve the patient's experience. The main elements of this role are conducting daily checks of the ward environment to monitor quality standards, to report deficiencies and take appropriate action. Ensure the delivery of cleaning, catering and minor maintenance services together with other specified tasks to meet individual patient's needs.
