Ward Junior Sister

We are looking for an inspiring individual to join our team at Halstead Ward as a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse., The role of the ward sister/charge nurse is varied and a great development opportunity within a stand alone unit. You will support the Ward Manager with staff management, incident management, patient flow and roster management. You will provide clinical expertise and visible leadership whilst helping to create a positive patient experience.
