Full Job Description
- Provide professional nursing leadership at ward level and work with the Matron to enhance nursing practice and strategy.
- To work in partnership with the Lead Clinician and ensure accountability for the delivery of the quality performance agenda.
- Manage the ward and be responsible for ensuring 24-hour cover for the services provided and skill mix required.
