Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Ward Managers post on Hamsterley Ward, Auckland Park Hospital. You will provide operational management of the female organic assessment unit and also be involved in some important strategic developments of the service., As a Ward Manager you will be responsible for:
- The operational management of clinical services, ensuring excellent services are provided to our patients
- Operational management of all staff within Primrose Lodge
- Lead and develop services
- Being an integral part of the MDT to collectively plan, deliver and review plans of care
- Ensuring patients' care plans are co-produced and individualised
- Being a role model to all staff
- Act with integrity and professionalism
