Full Job Description
- To provide accurate, timely reports and discharge
- To deal with e-mail correspondence in a timely
- To monitor the record keeping of junior / non-qualified staff and students where appropriate
- To link with special interest groups both internal and external to the Trust to share good practice
- To act as a representative of the service
- Take account of cultural issues in communication with everyone, including work
- Understand what translation and advocacy services are available and follow correct
- Ensures that the electronic Health and Social Care Records of self, of Deputy Ward Manager, and of junior colleagues are up to date, accurate and consistent with Trust
- Establish and maintain accurate, complete and up to date care plans in Line with Trust policies and
- Effectively use Trust electronic tools and IT
- Implement strategies which facilitate adherence to treatment including negotiation skills,early warning signs monitoring and psycho-education, and motivational interviewing skills
