Are you a passionate, hardworking, friendly and experienced Mental Health Nurse looking for a new opportunity within Acute care? We are looking for a professional senior or experienced nurse to join our friendly team, who can lead, inspire and oversee the delivery of the best care.
We are looking for an experienced mental health nurse who is caring, compassionate and committed to lead on providing excellent care for adults and their families. The post-holder will be responsible for the leadership on Coral Ward, in particular that of Nursing staff, but also will contribute to the effective working of the Multi-Disciplinary team; the post-holder will also be a member of the hospital leadership team. This is a varied, dynamic role that would suit a forward thinking, energetic, creative practitioner with a passion for strong clinical leadership and governance. To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator, a credible and motivational role model for nurses and keen to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. Acute services are fast paced and the Ward Manager will frequently be confronted with competing challenges and demands. You will need to have a 'can do' attitude and be solution focused. You will need to be extremely well organised, hardworking, and to be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to manage crisis situations and to work effectively in a team.
