  • We have a full time opportunity for an experience gastro-enterology nurse on Allingham, a 28 bedded acute Gastroenterology ward caring for patients with a variety of conditions including luminal gastroenterology, hepatology and hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease as well as patients with enhanced nutritional needs.
  • This is a chance to develop your management and leadership skills as part of a highly capable team., Clinical expert - and role model.
  • Leader - A visible and authoritative presence able to lead and manage the team and patient care, co-ordinating with the MDT to enable outstanding care to be given every time within available resources.
  • Educator - able to identify and develop the potential in others.

We also offer 1 2 1 supervision and band 7 networking.o Education - Opportunities for mentorship and preceptorship with our placement students and newly qualified nurses.
