We are looking for a motivated and caring individual wanting to support the team by providing excellent administrative service and creative ideas, as well as gaining new experience and knowledge. You will be working alongside a fantastic team while remaining calm in a busy and dynamic environment supporting the Ward Manager and Deputy Sisters/Charge Nurses., As a Ward Manager's Assistant, your role will be:
+ To support the ward manager and nursing team as directed with administrative support,
+ To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support for the ward manager, this may include meetings, bookings and trainings and organisation of development of staff.

+ To be highly organised as well as being flexible and possessing the ability to work as an integral team member
+ Motivated and dynamic personality ready to use initiative and innovation
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Able to use IT skills and computers, + You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be friendly and approachable with good telephone manner.
+ Able to use IT facilities for patient's information retrieval.
+ Problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative to identify improvements and to use negotiating skills to implement changes
+ Excellent Interpersonal skills allowing effective communication between all internal and external service users
+ Ability to work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
+ Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
