Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of mental health services. Foster a culture that encourages and enables individuals to have an active role in identifying, planning and meeting their individual needs. Support strategic leadership in relation to service improvement and quality evaluation.

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) is building a new Mental Health Inpatient Service in Chertsey, Surrey.
Silverwood will contain four adult inpatient wards and is due to open in February 2025. Our ambition is to transform inpatient mental healthcare for our local population.
The new unit will provide 64 beds all with single ensuite bedrooms, two lounges and a dedicated garden for each ward, as well as a woodland area for supervised walks.
For our colleagues working here, there will be access to kitchenettes, a lounge, and a dedicated garden.

You will work with experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We are developing new ways of working and want you to be part of the team who will provide effective assessment, treatment, and high-quality care to our patients., Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
