Full Job Description

Working alongside a busy and fast-paced Warehousing Team, the Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing incoming administrative duties from Goods-In, Inventory, Despatch and Pick teams! You will work within a small team overseeing and monitoring various functions to ensure that all divisions within the Warehouse are running smoothly.,

  • Identify and allocate appropriate suppliers to support services for the logistics department.
  • Use appropriate systems internally for the logistics team such as portals.
  • Process daily transfers and pick sheets for the warehouse.
  • Ensuring all paperwork and scanned documents are compliant with audit requirements.
  • Recording and monitoring across various systems and updating relevant spreadsheets
  • Communicate with the necessary teams regarding any queries or stock-related issues to resolve and identify any issues or risks.
  • Ensuring that all deliveries and collections are tracked, and delivered to the correct location.
  • Maintain and support the daily scheduling of deliveries and collections.
  • Responding to high volumes of emails and providing reports to the operational team
  • Communicate clear work instructions effectively.
  • Tracking the progress of deliveries and collections.
  • Planning and communicating information to the wider business.
  • Booking of transport/couriers as and when required to do so.
  • Closely working with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure they are being supported.
  • Responding to high volumes of emails and providing reports to the operational team
  • Communicate clear work instructions effectively.
  • Problem-solving, finding the right solutions for the right scenarios.

    Experience in customer service / administrative-based roles
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
