Full Job Description

We're looking for an Administrator to join our team at Wincanton based at our new state of the art SMART warehouse in Middlewich. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will support with the daily management of administrative tasks., Day to Day

  • · Operate customer and internal IT systems
  • · Provide all operational and general administration support
  • · Liaise with internal and external customers as required
  • · First point of contact to all site visitors
  • · Support and provide training to new and existing colleagues
  • · Communicate with drivers and warehouse colleagues on a daily basis, developing an effective working relationship
  • · Ensure conduct and behaviour to be compliant with H&S legislation and guidelines

    · General administration experience
  • · Ability to provide and understand the need for a high customer service
  • · Proactive, flexible, can-do attitude to resolve issues and challenges
  • · Able to demonstrate attention to detail and an accurate and precise way of working
  • · PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office suite

  • · Attention to detail to assume quality checking and quality control
