Full Job Description
As Warehouse Administrator you will support the Warehouse Operations Manager with the general day to day administration for the department. A critical aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. You will epitomise Mulberry by living the values., Maintaining archive system & company assets - Approve departmental invoices for payment - Controlling employee time sheets, holiday requests and absence forms and updating database - Maintaining internal calendars/ databases for employees - Updating internal noticeboards and general admin duties - Maintain and report on faulty returns - Producing reports for management meetings - Assist in writing up new procedures and training guides - Supporting the Transportation department - Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and policies. - Conduct regular health and safety audits and risk assessments. - Implement safety training programs for warehouse staff.
