Warehouse General Assist, High Legh Garden Centre

We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Warehouse General Assistant to join the team in our High Legh Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range from £9.58 to £11.46 dependent on age.

The hours for this position are 25.5 per week over 3 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a Warehouse General Assistant you will play a critical role in the smooth and safe operation of our Warehouse and Good-in area. Excellent customer skills will be essential for this role.

What you will be doing as a Warehouse General Assistant?

Receiving and booking in deliveries including the update to our EPOS system
Maintaining the warehouse standards and general housekeeping
Merchandising stock
Any other duties associated with a retail environment when required including till operation.

Strong customer service skills.
Full understanding of safe warehouse operation and manual handling.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail when checking stock.
Hardworking
Shift flexibility including weekends.
