Full Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager Recruitment, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for managing the warehouse and materials movement in support of DSG site.

Day-to-day, you will ensure processes are followed and updated providing accurate information for decision making and giving visibility for the wider business to support.

  • Responsible for the central warehouse scope - Receipts, stock and picking activity, stock and picking activity

  • Small transfer team of up to 5 staff

  • Warehouse manager role has up to 25 staff, 2 direct supervisors


  • This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Donnington.

    Essential experience of the Warehouse Manager Recruitment
  • Moving from SAP onto military system - previous experience BWIMS. MJDI experience be good.

  • Running a Transport team managing 3-4 drivers sending out product., H&S qualification.

  • Transport related CPC preferred.

  • Educated or working towards Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum with equivalent workplace experience.

  • Completed (or working towards) first line manager training modules (internally delivered)

  • Completed (or working towards) British Safety Council Level 2


  • Security Clearance
    The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
