Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor Rochester

We are currently recruiting a permanent Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our site inRochester, working Monday to Friday. You'll gain experience of working in a multi-faceted site, handling operations & a small team. And of course, you'll become part of the wider XPO family. The role is hands-on, so you will have to have an FLT licence and be happy to work as part of the team as well as lead it.,

• Deliver clear operational direction, leadership and development to your team of MHE operatives.
• Organise your team to efficiently and safely perform all daily tasks, ensuring safety is at the highest importance.
• Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we're always meeting or exceeding our SLAs.
• Carry out team briefings and general staff communication.
• Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors.
