Warehouse Operative

Are you an experienced warehouse operative looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and help drive our operation forward? We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operative to join us at our site in Tamworth, supporting our customer, Sainsbury's.

From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders, you could be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.,

• Our Warehouse Operatives work in the ambient chamber - this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain


• Picking and packing orders from a wide range of products, checking, wrapping, and preparing them for loading onto delivery vehicles using material handling equipment (full training given)


• Get involved in other warehouse-related duties that may arise during your shift


• Comply with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse
  
  Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous


• Flexibility and a 'can do', right first time and passionate approach


• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing


• Be prepared to commute to Tamworth (B77 5PR) for your preferred shift pattern

• Fixed AM shift, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00


• Fixed PM shift, covering the hours of 14:00 to 22:00


• Fixed Night shift, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00

• An hourly rate of £12.89, that is £26,814.00 salary per annum


• An additional £0.84 per hours when working PM shift


• An additional £1.35 per hour when working Night shift


• An additional £1.12 per hours for any hours worked on a weekend
