Full Job Description
- Despatch & Collections:
- Manage despatch operations
- Handle carrier and customer collections
- Confirm despatches
- Goods Inwards & Stock Management:
- Check and book in deliveries
- Manage goods inwards and stock
- Conduct stock counts and manage inventory
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch
- Create finished goods for sale
- Handle customer and warranty returns
- Quality Control:
- Follow ISO9001 quality standards
- Test products and record results
- Create and follow written processes
- Additional Duties:
- Merchandising and assembly tasks
- Operate forklifts (standard and Bendi truck)
- Utilize computer skills for ERP systems (e.g., Sage), Excel, and Word
Experience: Proven track record in warehouse operations - Licenses: Valid forklift licenses (standard and Bendi truck)
- Skills:
- Proficient in using PCs, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage, Must be able to count, also read and write English
