Full Job Description

  • Processing of various types of Food Waste from the sales / store team.

  • Processing Card / Plastic materials in an efficient manner.

  • Sorting / collecting all waste and recyclables from fixed stations throughout the warehouse.

  • Liaise with external contractors to ensure recycling collections are processed in a timely manner.

  • Liaising with the Warehouse to ensure waste is returned and processed in an efficient manner.

  • Report any damaged items to your manager.

  • Take responsibility for working through your orders independently.

  • Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock.

    £12.70 - £13.35 per hour | AM/PM shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

    As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you'll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you'll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You'll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.
