Full Job Description

  • Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse

  • Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out assigned computer-based

  • Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Undertaking special projects, providing statistics, and reports as required

    You are ideally computer literate and know how to work your way around systems (or a quick learner!)

  • Customer service skills are essential

  • You may be someone with a Warehouse background who has dealt with systems rather than being paper based

  • Driving license desirable but not mandatory

    We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Lewisham on behalf of our customer, Virgin Media. You will be working Monday - Friday, 07:00 -16:00 which will be your permanent hours.
