Full Job Description

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22degrees, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Various outside weather conditions, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials,

  • Efficiently and accurately receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliations
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and effective manner
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure flawless execution of warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in training and mentoring new warehouse team members as needed
  • Support other departments and perform additional tasks as assigned

    High school diploma or equivalent experience is accepted.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
  • Forklift certification is preferred but not required
