Operations Assistant - Burdens - Bristol

As an Operations Assistant based in Bristol (BS11 9HS) you will be responsible for:  

  • Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse

  • Picking and packing customer orders

  • Assisting customers at the trade counter as needed, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships

  • Supporting with relief delivery driving when required driving a 3.5T vehicle to complete deliveries across the local area when required.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 5pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

  • A valid UK full Driving Licence to assist with delivery driving when needed is highly preferable

  • Willingness to learn and complete required training. (Forklift licence training will be provided)

  • Confidence when engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
