Full Job Description

Working as a Warehouse Operative, you will form part of a team that is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse. This will involve varying activities such as using our inhouse computer systems to manage stock and create picking lists, operating a fork lift truck to unload and load pallets from vehicles and racking and being proactive to identify stock needs.

This will help you along your journey so that you can safely navigate through product changeovers and conversions to help keep our customers in stock of their favourite products.

Upon joining the business from day one, you will become a key part of our operations team. During your first three months of employment, you can expect to partake in a three-day tailored induction programme that will arm you with information about all of the critical elements of our business and how your new role forms an essential part of what we do.

We will then focus upon your transition into your new working environment, where each role has a designated function that contributes to the responsibility of ensuring our manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

It's at this point you will be provided with your key objectives and opportunity to be tea-riffic in your new role, which ultimately results in keeping Britain topped up with some of the hot-beverages that our nation love to devour!, The people are what make Finlays!     Week 1: Monday - Thursday 5am-3pm

    Week 2: Monday - Thursday 2pm-12am

    This is a weekly rotating shift pattern.

    The rate of pay for this role is £13.22 per hour.
