Warehouse Operative - Logistic

You'll be picking and loading our customers orders, a process that requires you to handle goods with care, be accurate and pay,

• Ensuring an efficient, tidy, clean and safe working environment in the Despatch and Warehouse areas.


• Checking accurate booking in of all incoming goods into the Despatch Area from the Factory - escalate if there is an issue.


• Responsible for completing logistics process in a timely manner - Pick and Ship.


• Preparation of Product for Departure to external storage.


• Utilising in-house computer systems for all aspects of Despatch (SSCC Labels)


• Receipting stock and preparation of stock for External Sales.


• Ensuring correct Stock rotation of incoming stock from Factory.


• Numerate and strong verbal communication skills. (Communication is key)


• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Key Accountabilities:


• Accurate picking products for Despatch


• Completion of Traceability Documentation of despatched products.


• Resolution of discrepancies (Working with Line leader and Shift Coordinator)


• Stock rotation (F.I.F.O)


• 100% Accuracy of picked products for despatch.


• Paperwork completed Accurately


• If there is a discrepancy working back with the line leader to identify where it happened and resolve.


• Pick in rotation - Flag any products out of code.


• Area of work to meet the highest of cleanliness / tidiness standards.
