Full Job Description

  • Goods-out loading

  • Inbound your duties will include offloading vehicles and checking stock on receipt is correct

  • Ensuring stock is booked in and located correctly

  • Outbound picking, wrapping/strapping and loading vehicles

  • Rework orders to customer specification when required

  • Carry out all tasks with accuracy

  • You will be expected to work on other contracts when required

  • You will be expected to work overtime when required and available to do so.

  • Identify initiatives within team

  • To work within best practice and identify improvements in Quality Management System

  • Working with other shift patterns and duties as required

  • Support day to day operation as required

  • Some heavy lifting involved in the role.

  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, and attend all relevant safety briefings and campaigns

  • Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, taking appropriate action to ensure own safety and that of all fellow employees.

    WMI - Experienced, however training can be given

  • MHE experience highly desirable however, training can be given.

  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting, as this is a requirement of the role

    We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton, Panattoni Park (NN7 4DE) to work Monday to Friday from 06.00 to 14.30.


    • The position holder will carry out all operational tasks and procedures following the company guidelines across our Panattoni site.

    The role will offer the salary of £28,029.36 per annum., 25 days' holiday (excluding bank holidays) and 5 days Volunteer Leave per year
