Full Job Description
- Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, whilst also being hands on with picking and packing
- Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation (based onsite at the prison)
- Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the in-mates
- Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded
