Full Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Supply Chain department at Sartorius Albumedix Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe handling of goods within the warehouse, reviewing and completing documentation whilst maintaining a clean and organised work environment. The team consists of 3 professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full - time. It is an onsite role in central Nottingham, with the site close to the train station and tram stop. Grow with us - Your Responsibilities
- On a daily basis you will load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring all documentation is correct
- Working to cGMP guidelines storing products in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and high quality standards
- You will participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, using different software platforms
- Do you enjoy working in a small team that contributes to the company's success? You will be an important part of the warehouse team, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth day to day running of operations
- In addition, this position requires manual handling and physically demanding activities at times (i.e., lifting 25kg bags of salts, sugar and more). You will be required to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently
Previous experience working in a warehouse | stores environment - Enjoy working as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- Confident using different software packages
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure all documentation is correct
- Be well organised with a methodical approach and the ability to prioritise workload
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items In order to commence working with us, the successful candidate will have the right to work in the UK.
