Full Job Description
Reporting directly to the Senior Professional, you are responsible for executing the plan for a full range of product movements from receipt through to despatch, loading of customer deliveries and outgoing inter-branch transfers. You will be accountable for a variety of business metrics including safety, engagement, cost, process and service. Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of fork lift truck operators, execute full pallet product movements from receipt to dispatch, including customer deliveries and inter-branch transfers.
- Lead, develop, and coach your team to maximize performance.
- Drive a diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Identify potential and build development plans for your team.
- Maintain operational excellence.
- Operate a counter-balance forklift for 25% of the shift (training provided).

You'll also need: Requirements: - Minimum two years of warehouse operational experience with a track record of employee engagement and delivering results.
