Full Job Description

The incumbent will be the main point of contact and HYG representative for a cluster responsible for the growth of the warehouse program. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities will include supporting the Senior Sales team in the development and deployment of conquest strategies for key target customers and industries regardless of channel. Through customer visits, the individual will manage their cluster to meet volume and margin targets and work as part of a team to support other team members in driving the warehouse systems business forward. To successfully execute these plans, the incumbent will support the development of a comprehensive strategy for training, and dealer development must be refined and executed. This will include inputs and participation in the Sales Training Academy, dealer rental program strategy and deployment, as well as development of an enhanced sales process for targeted segments.,

  • Sales and margin growth for warehouse units.
  • Support the development and delivery (where required) of training for the dealer sales management team(s) and overall sales force.

  • Product Sales Support

    BS Degree preferable and/or 5 years' relevant experience.
  • 5 years sales experience, highly preferred to be within the material handling industry.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organizational and skills with ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Ability to coach, lead and develop personnel effectively
  • Excellent PC software application skills including CRM
  • Data and Market research analysis skills; primary and secondary research and experience working with marketing communications and advertising agencies
