Warehouse Shift Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team, on a permanent, full-time basis in Goole. You'll be responsible for the warehouse function, managing your team and ensuring that all warehouse tasks are completed in line with company policies and customer requirements.,

• Take full operational responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse on your shift. Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging targets
• Build an effective succession plan to empower the team and promote their skills within the company
• Always ensure that H&S Standards are met, and that all unsafe behaviours and practices are managed
• Ensure daily / weekly / period KPIs are achieved for your team and warehouse function.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working hours are Monday-Friday ,6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on a weekly rotating basis, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £37,500 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
