Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Distribution Centre works shift patterns of 12 hours each day, 4 on and 4 off. We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent days (no rotation) working pattern.

The successful candidate will be a fantastic people leader and be responsible for organising and taking control of a full shift in a busy warehouse distribution centre, while being a key part to the management team on site.

Main responsibilities:

• Organising the responsibly of tasks.



• Ensure your shift works effectively while moral stays high.



• Responsibility of Health and Safety within your shift.



• Manage and log absence and annual leave.



• Carrying out investigations, both H&S and Employee relations related.
  
  Supervisor experience.



• Warehouse management experience.



• Trustworthy when dealing with confidential data.



• High levels of accuracy and efficiency.



• Good knowledge of MS office.



• SAP knowledge is advantageous.



• Forklift and / or Side loader licence.



• Effective communicator both verbally and written.
