Warehouse Supervisor

The Opportunity: In this role you will oversee the daily operation, maintaining a high pick efficiently, managing waste, managing labour, H&S and investigation are completed on the day. Key Responsibilities : - KPI Monitoring - track and monitor KPI for the warehouse team, ensuring correct actions are taken when necessarily - Manage and lead the warehouse teams, fostering motivation and team collaboration - Provide training to the staff, including updates to SOPs, SSOW, and system training - Prioritizing warehouse duties, ensuring service levels and deadlines are achieved and operations run in line with plans

Previous experience of supervising a large team in a warehouse environment - Good knowledge of warehouse management systems - Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to bespoke in-house software - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with team members at all levels
