Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our pick/pack operations. Your role is vital in ensuring that operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with the quality and service standards of Alloga UK, our clients, and governing bodies.,

• Ensure adherence to Company Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Take ownership of daily and weekly productivity targets and ensure they are met.
• Deputise for the Assistant/Shift Manager during absences.
• Ensure all dispatched orders are accompanied by the correct paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with cold-chain disciplines and MHRA/GDP standards.
• Encourage continuous improvement in all areas of contract operations.
• Record and address identified errors, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Train and support staff to maximize accuracy and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for all direct reports.
• Manage resource planning to meet financial and commercial needs.
• Deliver regular briefings to staff and monitor staff appearance and conduct.
• Report all accidents and near misses as per company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and training manuals.
  
  Sound knowledge of warehouse activities and systems.
• Proficient in PC applications.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Excellent administrative abilities.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
• GCSE Level Standard or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
