Warehouse Supervisor - Training - 3 Month FTC - Shirebrook

This role involves developing, advising and delivering suitable learning solutions to the business, working closely with Operations across all Warehouse departments whilst building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have direct responsibility for Instructor colleague task assignment and deliverables. Supporting, developing and coaching colleagues with their personal and professional development - whilst being committed to your own continuous personal and professional development. You'll also work with your colleagues in the training team to develop and report on training metrics to indicate achievement against departmental targets.

• Personable with strong communication and relationship building skills across all levels of the business

• Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
• Computer literate - able to use a tablet or laptop to complete online assessments (additional training can be provided to support this requirement)
• Proven experience within Warehouse / DC / Logistics Training highly desirable
• Previous experience working within a Warehouse environment highly desirable
• Knowledge of Learning and Development practices desirable
