Warehouse Team Leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 12 colleagues maintaining clean and safe working conditions in this dual role.
• Ensuring goods in/out and are dealt with safely, accurately, and efficiently along with managing all escalations.
• Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
  
  Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing a team in a warehouse or logistic environment would be ideal.
• Experience in Manual Handling Equipment and working to KPIs/SLAs desirable
• Excellent communication skills
