Full Job Description
The position involves :
- Operation of counterbalance and reach truck.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Completing checks for goods in and equipment.
- Picking and preparing orders.
- Directing a team of operatives on a daily basis, dealing with problems as they arise and escalating when required.
- Completing various checks in the warehouse, on individuals, on MHE and equipment.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
Do you have experience in a Warehouse environment? Do you have a Forklift Licence?, Reach and counterbalance licence is essential. - Ideally previous experience of working within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Experience with MHE
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Basic salary for Warehouse Team Leader with enhanced MHE of £30,856pa, based on Monday Friday. - Hours of work are : 07 : 00hrs - 17 : 00hrs. 9. 5 hours worked per shift.
