To manage the day-to-day operations with groups of prisoners
To comply with HMP processes with regards to management and recording of prisoner's activity
To ensure that all KPIs and production requirements are achieved and exceeded
To ensure H&S compliance
To reconcile stock levels within warehouse
Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders
Maintain training and induction packs for all staff members

Ability to work in a prison environment
Minimum 2 years' experience within a supply chain environment
Good understanding of operational processes
Able to communicate at all levels
Can demonstrate the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
