Warehouse / Trade Counter Administrator

Customer Interaction: Engage with trade customers and the general public at our trade shop counter, providing a friendly and professional service.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to product delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer requirements and offer suitable product recommendations.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain attractive shop displays and adequate stock levels for an excellent customer experience.
Inquiry Handling: Respond to telephone and email inquiries, providing quotes and processing orders efficiently.
Order Management: Handle customer orders and payments with precision.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to manage delivery times and stock orders.
Stock Handling: Receive, check, and transfer stock orders to the stores.
Stock Monitoring: Regularly audit stock levels to ensure availability for future orders.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service with a confident, professional, and approachable demeanor.

Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and understand our product range to effectively assist customers and suppliers.

Sales Savvy: Understand customer needs and successfully up sell value-added products.

Communication Skills: Possess an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and a methodical approach to sales and purchasing documentation.

Literacy and Numeracy: Have good literacy, numeracy, and computer skills., Education: A good standard of education is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical sales counter
environment.
Additional Skills: A driving license is preferred but not essential. Experience operating a fork truck is beneficial, though full training will be provided if necessary.
