Full Job Description

At GXO, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Warehouse Trainer to support our Barnsley site resource requirements. This role involves actively ensuring that new employees receive the necessary induction and skills training to meet operational needs.,

  • Define and deliver training to support operational and legal requirements at operative level

  • Ensure weekly training plans are delivered to ensure operational training requirements are met - New starters / Cross-training

  • Ensure a robust record of all training activity is undertaken and maintained to meet legislative requirements of the site

  • Deliver training in all operational areas to a high standard. Developing innovative and progressive ways to improve DCO speed to competency

  • Strong knowledge of the training cycle and Facilitation & Coaching skills

  • Experience in a similar role
