Full Job Description
- Project Form logging/posting + checking, uploading
- Chasing Approved Contractors to correct any mistakes on HPFs
- Warranty document issue + Invoicing
- Maintain Approved Installer list and lists of their trained staff
- Posting/preparing Mail Merge for Approved Installer Annual Review Office
- Maintaining the Office Admin/Warranty Manual
- MJF archive maintenance
- Prepare and arrange parcel despatch/collection Including Royal Mail online
- Order office stationery supplies
- Liaise with Spitfire regarding any Telephony Faults Printing letter labels
- Updating forms/procedures
- Other duties required by Line Manager/General Manager
- Liasing with Cleaner/ managing them Back Up Movex SOP
- Provide support to the Office Manager for SOP operations + Commercial Invoices + Proforma Sales orders + Export Orders + Screwfix Orders and Wesupply control Marketing
- Entering contacts from CPD presentations into CRM
- Issuing CPD certificates
- Prepare Operative Training Badges and renewal
- Prepare Certificates for AI Course Attendees and renewal doc
- Issuing AI Renewals
- Literature and marketing equipment stock take
- AI Course Manual preparation
- Manage Attendee spreadsheet Approved Installer courses
- Preparing/Organising AI course
