Full Job Description

Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to work for one of the world s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Reading. In this role you will provide technical support to a team of vehicle technicians and provide dynamic quality control, including final vehicle testing. If you have technical background within automotive, a passion for customer service and upholding quality and processes, ideally within a franchised automotive dealership, we d love to hear from you. What you ll be doing As Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist you will:

  • Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
  • Ensure adherence to Porsche s service process and warranty standards
  • Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
  • Increase customer satisfaction though effective handling of warranty related enquires
  • Monitoring warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates.
