Watch Shop Sales Assistant

Work with our Shopify POS checkout to help in-store customers complete their orders
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide product information

-Answer the Phone and being able to advise our customers to help them with their purchase enquiry

Previous experience working with watches and jewellery (or a strong interest in it) is a Must
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally,

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (required)
