Full Job Description

  • To include site surveys, installations into the mains water supply, repairs, services, exchanges and collections on-site.
  • Ensuring all Water Coolers are working appropriately for the customers needs.
  • Accurate and timely management/ storage/ordering of stock and inventory, ensuring you have sufficient parts to successfully conclude the activities you have been scheduled
  • To be able to work to a tight daily schedule.
  • Managing, storing stock and inventory, making sure you have enough parts to finish the tasks you have been assigned to.
  • To go to our Service Centre in Redhill once a week to replenish the van with parts.

    Previous plumbing or electrical experience preferred but full training given.
  • Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Demonstrate experience in diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
  • Strong DIY skills - use of power tools etc
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
