Full Job Description

We are looking for a Water Cooler Field Technician to join our expanding team at Culligan UK Limited. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and support to our customers, maintaining the highest standards of water cooler installations and maintenance.,

  • Perform site surveys, installations into the mains water supply, repairs, servicing, exchanges, and collections on-site.
  • Ensure all water coolers are functioning efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Manage inventory and stock accurately and timely, ensuring sufficient parts are available to complete scheduled activities.
  • Work efficiently to adhere to a tight daily schedule.
  • Visit the designated Service Centre each week to replenish the van with necessary parts.
  • This role is ideal for someone who appreciates a dynamic environment and seeks to advance their career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, working Monday to Friday.

  • Preferably experienced in plumbing or electrical work, though full training will be provided.
  • Must possess a full, valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues is highly regarded.
  • Strong DIY skills, with proficiency in using power tools.
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers effectively.
