Water Production Controller

You will be part of an office-based control team who work tirelessly 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. As a Controller You will be responsible for controlling our water supply network from the source to the reservoir.

This involves monitoring telemetry systems, making network changes, prioritising alarms and Coordinating field teams to ensure our customers have access to sustainable, high-quality water.

We are looking for people that enjoy problem solving, analysing and work proactively using your own initiative. The role is office based and suitable candidates ideally have confidence in working with multiple IT systems and telephone skills.

As a Controller, you will be based at our Durrington office, working a 6-week rotational shift pattern with 12-hour shifts.

This includes 3 days on / 7 days off, 4 days on / 7 days off, 3 nights on / 7 days off, and 4 nights on / 7 days off. Standby details will be discussed during the interview.

The role offers an attractive salary starting from £28.200 per year, depending on skills and experience, plus a 15% shift allowance and standby payments.
