Join our innovative and multidisciplinary Water Engineering team as a Project Manager, based in our growing Basingstoke, Croydon, Birmingham, St Albans, Exeter, Bristol, or Cardiff offices. In this role, you'll take the lead on various aspects of multiple small to medium sized water utility projects, covering both wastewater and potable water schemes, primarily within key client long-term frameworks.   • Lead and manage projects with full accountability for successful delivery.
  • Oversee project contracts, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Handle change management, including early warnings, variations, and client negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying risks and required resources.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure quality management processes are adhered to for all project activities.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor performance.
  • Lead bid management for design tenders on standalone projects and framework contracts.
